I had a problem with this when the Bush Administration implemented and I have a problem with it now. My real fear is that both sides have the same thing in mind so it might not matter which way I vote.

Well it's not any different than a phone tap, but it seems overly demanding of software companies. It's not hard to tap a PC if you really know what you are doing.
