Yo everyone.

Unfortunately, the stereo isn't coming with me to college in the fall. There is no way all that stuff is going to fit in a little dorm room, and then there's the matter of not being able to secure it.

As such, I'm not putting anymore money into it, and I've just rearranged my room based on what's best for the speakers. So for at least a year or two, my stereo is done. A sad realization, yes, but once I'm in a large enough room again [or out of college] I'll be back with money to spend

I'm gonna guess that the speaker stands get the tweeter closer to ear level. :)
At least you'll be able to enjoy the stereo on your visits home.
Good luck at school.

hey nice set up looks nice and clean
how do you like your Stanton T.60 Turntable?
i was thinking of geting to t.80 from parts express

Does the zen garden give your system a more relaxed sound or does it 'center" the music?;)

hahahah oh yes, secret audiophile tweak  No but really I don't know where else I would put it, and it looks pretty snazzy there I think :p

I see this post and think, "Zen Garden?" So I go back through the pictures looking for something that looks like a zen garden thinking that I'll know it when I see it.

Pfft...now I want one. :) I had never thought about it before but a little sand and some rocks with toy rakes allows you to put creative order to a thing as random as sand. That has to be good for your headspace.

i'd like to see the subwoofer flatten that zen garden :)

oh, and you need a more comfortable chair

Man, you're telling me. I throw a pillow from my bed on it when I listen, but I would like to get something with at least a little padding.

haha yea it's actually more fun than one might think. That little arrangement in the picture took me maybe five or ten minutes.
