The monster cable that i bought came with the speaker clip terminals. I tried using them in the clamp and they didnt fit very snug. I cut the ends off last night and used bare speaker wire to the speakers. I am waiting to decide on how i am doing the receiver end till i get my HK. It should be coming today. I think i will leave the speakers alone, they seem to work good this way and it looks a lot better than they did. The receiver i might have to buy locking plugs for. Anyone run bare cables on the back of their receiver or amps instead of babnana plugs? IF so, does it work well, or is banana plugs the way to go?
