Living in an apartment like I do, they are a must have. Pictures and clocks are not falling from the wall anymore and my neighbor hasn't bothered my either about their pictures coming down. She used to stand outside my door with picture in hand. Improving SQ I don't know, but for me it was a good investment. Keeps peace with my neighbors, so it was well worth it for me.
