What exactly makes the receiver different other than the HDMI upgrade?

I am not sure I can let the cat out of the bag until CEDIA but lets just say for those who like to tweak stuff to the nth level and have the right tools to measure before and after results, you're gonna love the upgrades

I emailed Denon Canada about the new 5805CI to see if there would be an upgrade available, here is what they told me.

Good Day,


There is an upgrade in the works for the AVR-5805. This upgrade would give
you Ethernet connectivity, 5 HDMI inputs and 1080P scaling, making your 5805
an AVR-5805MKII. I believe the only difference between the 5805CI and MKII
will be an XM radio input. Pricing for this upgrade has not yet been
finalized. If you wish, I can add you to the contact list and let you know
when exactly this upgrade will be available.

I would at least like to be sure that this is a strict superset of their 5805 MKii, and not a branch of their 5805.
