Audyssey in x4500h not working

Thank you for the reply.
For me its running the app to run the calibration.
Never had this, even a few day before all worked ok with the app, near the same results as throught the AVR.
Also installing a new app on the phone did not clear the problems......

And what do you mean by this:
Is that running calibration just thru the avr and then manipulating with the app

Is it possible to run the calibration through the AVR and then manipulate this by the app ?
Could you explain please, thx.

Only way I've done it is running calibration with avr and manipulating with app afterwards.

Those mics that come with Marantz units are really cheap and nasty items. I have zero confidence in them. I use omni mic and make adjustments accordingly and by ear. When it comes to the bass decades going by ear is often the best guide, although omnimic seems very accurate and there is data to support that.

The mics that come with the gear have a pre-loaded calibration file for the avr/pre-pro to use....

I know that, but there are still cheap junk mics.
