Hold on a minute , I am just re-posting your words so in essence you are claiming your own thought process to be awful, thank you. :)
Those are my words, about a different part of this process. It was about when I was buying the item, not after it was canceled, you really cant comprehend that can you? There are two different issues in this problem. One when I was making the purchase and posting the deal, and a second where my order was canceled and I got bad customer service.

Uhg... It wasn't a hot deal. You were randomly typing in coupon codes to see if one 'sneaked through'. It's like me going to Newegg or Geeks.com and typing in coupon codes till the system doesn't catch it and then playing the victim when I can't get a response back from Newegg as to why my gaming their online system didn't work out like I thought.

Sorry, but no one is buying.

BTW if I did that with Newegg I wouldn't have the AUDACITY to go into a public forum and complain.
Im not complaining about not getting the deal, only their service. If they can't talk to me about this, what makes me believe they will even talk to me about any other issue I have. Every issue should be handled regardless of who they feel is right or wrong. Im not saying the outcome has to be the same...but they should at least talk to me about the issue, which has been denied consistently. You guys really don't understand the part about this only being about the customer service do you? I don't want them to call me and say we are going to give the Oppo bluray to you. I just wanted them to talk to me and explain it to me and apologize for the problem, and say "I hope that by you not getting a deal it doesn't deter you from shopping with us in the future". Have you ever heard the saying that a little goes a long way? It really does. Its all about service, service, service. And now its too late for that.

What else have you ever bought from them?

What makes you think they even want you as their customer?

I'm pretty sure all the talking they had to do with you was done in this thread, which you so graciously initiated.

Oh wait... I just read post #27. You might want to re-read it too before losing any more sleep over your hurt feelings.

As I tried quite a while ago...we may as well close this thread, because none of us are getting anywhere. Its like atheists versus mormons here. Each are set in their ways. And they should want everyone to buy from them. I like a deal as much as the next person, but I don't mind paying the extra if good service is given, which definitely hasn't been done. All of my equipment was bought from Mom and Pop shops at full price, because they took the time to listen to me and I listened to them. Thats what this whole situation is about.

You try to rip the guys off and then cry about poor service.

As for closing this thread, now it's just fun watching you try to justify your actions, TRY to claim the high moral ground, and blame everyone else for your own self-inflicted problems.

I gotta say, you've got some brass ones. Now, I better make sure my door is locked.

Now had the mom and pop shop happened to own an online store with a coupon barcode, I am quite certain you would have tried to pull the same gimmick on them too.

Now from a mom/pop shop point of view, if you went into their store and offered them $300 for a $500 Oppo player and they declined your offer, would you expect them to call you the next day with regrets? Get over it man. Sometimes we all have to live with rejection. Its part of life. Chose another place to shop that will give you all the email notifications you desire.

We get that you are upset that you didn't get a "Nice try for misusing a coupon but we couldn't honor the sale" email so move on and stop wasting space on this forum continually repeating your case.

It seems to me you just want attention and this is a pretty sad way of getting it. There are plenty of free online dating and social networks that would better serve your needs.

Uh, since when is someone that assaults the online ordering system with multiple coupon codes till something makes it through ENTITLED to red carpet treatment?

What don't you get about your activities?

I wouldnt offer them $300 for a $500 player, but had they made it possible for me to buy one at that price I would have jumped on it.

You want them to apologize because you kept hitting the system with coupon codes till something went through? If anyone is making apologies it should be you for making such a stink.

The first thing I did in my business years ago was get it to the point that I could get rid of 'customers' like you. You're a better customer for me if you are plaguing my competition with your thought routines.

Bizarre.

Could you let me know which season and episode # you were a defendant on Judge Judy?
