Audio Testing & Calibration

For video, there is "Digital Video Essentials" DVD that one can use to test and calibrate their home theatre video signal for optimum results. Is there anything out there for audio testing and configuration. SOmething to test true Dolby Digital THX and other formats?

Digital Video Essentials, AVIA Guide to Home Theater, Home Theater Tune-up, various movie discs contain the THX optimizer. They all contain audio tests for calibration of levels. If you want to run full frequency sweeps and plot the response of your room, none of them are ideal for that but there are some available. I think Rives makes an audio test disc that some people have recommended.
