Audio Interface for Transfering Cassette Source to USB 2.0 Digital Audio

I have a Tascam US-122L USB 2.0 Audio/MIDI Interface but it won't work with my PC.

Can someone recommend a reliable and affordable one which works on Windows 10? I have a few old live recordings that I wish to transfer to CD.
