Here's my prediction:

Chargers destroy the Titans tomorrow. Then they sack Peyton 4 times and intercept him 5 times to thoroughly humiliate the defending Super Bowl champs. Then they treat Tom Brady like a doggie chew toy to keep the Cheatriots from ending their "perfect" season with a SB victory.
