Anyone knows anything about Velodyne Fsr-10 aka F1000x?

Hi, I saw this Velodyne subwoofer F1000X aka FSR-10(seller stated) on CL for $199. Is this a good buy or I need to offer it way lower. Since I need another sub. Thanks

Not exactly that model, i've heard only about the brand. Very beautiful deep bass down to 20Hz. Very accurate sound.
