While they have arrived 3 hours ago and I'm now having my first listen now, and so far the looks, build quality and weight of each speaker is very impressive, the sound is smooth and slightly warmer (id guess because the soft dome vs the aluminum tweets) the sound is detailed, drums and vocals sound very natural In combo with the new Boston acoustics vr12 center.
Overall I'm very impressed, I also ordered a soft dome tweeter for my Boston since the aluminum is cracked on the current tweet and after some research Boston recommends a tweeter from the CR 8 or 9.(the original tweeter is nowhere to be found)
With that thanks for the convincing on these speakers they fit very well in this setup, Ill post some pics next time I feel ambitious.
