Anyone able to comment how the SuperZero speakers would fair with my system as rear surrounds? I really like how small they are compared to the Infinity P153 I am currently using.

Edit: I went ahead and picked them up assuming that this deal wouldn't last and that it may be a good option and hopefully at least a side-grade if not an upgrade. Would still love to hear any thoughts though.

To get all of the sound and not overtax the small woofer (and thus adding distortion), you will need to set your crossover higher for the SuperZero than is necessary for the Infinity P153, and you will likely also find that it cannot play as loud. I would guess that you are taking a step down with them, but as I have not compared them myself, I cannot say which sounds better in the midrange and treble. But since we are talking about surround speakers, that will likely matter less than the frequency response and the ability to play louder.

Given that you have purchased the NHT speakers already, please post about them and how they compare after you get a chance to listen to them and compare them.
