Inherited this from my grandparents a few months ago and finally brought it home on Sunday. Still had the original tires from 2013 on it so I had some Michelin CrossClimate2s installed today.

Also sold my 2013 Civic EX w/120k miles on it to shift.com November 11th for a decent amount…their offer was significantly higher than those from driveway, carmax, carvana, and vroom.

Inventory is low and used car prices are high, so the services will pay a premium for the cars they know they can sell easily. My 2011 STI is worth more than I paid for it and about what it sold for new.

Yep. Great time to sell, terrible time to buy. When we bought the Mazda back in May I think it was around the perfect time as we got a good value on our trade in and a good price on the new car.

Back in April this year I've leased a 2021 Honda Passport EX-L for 3k down and $265 per month.
Good luck to try to match this deal now. it's $200 more expensive per month now.

My 2011 is ready to sell. Not sure what the right timing will be though? I am figuring sometime early next year. Waiting on the new STI to be announced and will probably buy that, figured I'd trade this one in or sell private if I can get more. It only has 37K mi, basically flawless.

My 2010 STI hatch has 129K and is not flawless lol, which is why it is my daily.

Nice. Super low miles on the 2011. The 2013 Accord is also super low at ~19,800.

Yeah my KIA 2020 Sportage with 5K miles is worth more now than when I bought it over a year ago. Not to mention my condo. I guess this can be good for certain people. I'd hate to be looking to buy a car right now.
