Nope. Consider that those are four individual pieces, each getting three wood screws driven into the bottom of your speaker. If those wood screws didn't penetrate the cabinet (i.e less than 3/4" long), then maybe. But I prefer the threaded insert technique, especially if your drill steez is such that you aren't punching straight through the MDF!
If you aren't concerned... then certainly they look like they should work.
