I realize I haven't updated this in a while. I spent the afternoon assembling a futon which is in the photo. Also new are the Jamo speakers, the bass traps and the new Panasonic plasma.

Congratulations on the upgrades. You gotta be enjoyiing the plasma and those speakers.

I also like to see that you don't drink girly-man beer. Looks like a micro brew maybe. I know I have seen that design somewhere. As for what is in the tray behind it, well, who knows?

P.S. My Oppo did not play nice with my Panasonic plasma in the bedroom. I sold it a couple of weeks ago. Have you had any macroblocking issues?

The beer is a Capital Brewery Oktoberfest. It's not the best example of a Marzen but pretty tasty and not too expensive. Also has a nice kick to it.

I haven't had any issues with my Oppo. I have it scaling everything to 1080p and it looks great. Also, I'm using a 30' HDMI cable from the receiver to the TV. It's the best one from Blue Jeans and it works great.

I watch a lot more BluRays than DVDs nowadays. It was BSG on BluRay that hastened my plasma purchase. Before I had a 40" Sony LCD at 720p. This was a nice step up.
