I check the Michael Green site. I especially like the magic wood cable lifters. What kind of wood is "extra white"?

Also, check out his interlink cables. cryo treating cables and showing a picture of what appears to be an toslink fiber optic cable.

I haven't tried the 8th Nerve stuff, but quite a few guys I know say they make a big difference. Their forum at AC is a very good resource, as you can actually contact the president & the chief designers directly. I'm not sure why good reviews would bother you... Would you prefer to buy something no one likes? At any rate, they have a stellar return policy, although I can't recall of ever hearing of anyone sending them back.

The only thing that is disturbing is users of such sound treatments provide such great reviews about their products. Audio Circle has a forum just dedicated to their products and consumers sing praises to them!

Wires get the same treatment- great reviews and praise as well. So does every audio component.
I would be interested in a real evaluation of the product, such as actual measured data differences these cause at the listening locations?

I have a Kenwood VR-409 and an Infinity Entra sub I have plenty of bass from DVDs but virtually none from fm or cd, is anyone familiar with this receiver and can tell me what to do????

You should contact the manufacturer or whoever you bought it from. Sounds like the bass management for fm and cd needs to be set up. If you have the manual it may cover it. I know how Kenwood's manuals are as in my HT system I'm using one and the manual is obviously written by someone who didn't spend much time thinking about it.
