If there was any love involved in that marriage, he wouldn't have been banging every chick with a pulse he came across.
You obviously have no understanding of how devastating it is being addicted to crack. :D
It tears families apart.

Quite the contrary. Tiger marrying this women allowed him to put out a front as a role-model, family man - caring type figure to the media. No she did not help him make money on the golf course but I would argue his marriage and the positive public relations it brought to him and his "character" helped in getting exorbitant endorsements over the years. What he makes on the golf course is peanuts to what he makes with advertisers. His marriage was just a spin to con the public.
What a bunch of BS. How many rappers, thug NBA stars, and thug football athletes have multimillion dollar endorsement deals? He got those endorsements because he dominates the game like nobody ever has.

I'm sick and tired of seeing these disillusioned women with an inflated sense of self worth play the part of the victim and basically rob their former spouse with the assistance of our legal system. It comes down to you not being able to make each other happy and continue being married, it takes two to tango and they are to blame for the split up as well. Things change and you living off of another persons wealth comes with sacrifices that you will have to accept. If you can't accept them and make the other person happy then why the heck should you live off the other person's money?

All he does is swing a stick at a ball. I don't give a rat's a$$ how good he does it. He still just hits a ball with a stick. He should have never had so much money to begin with. There are people who bust their a$$ every day and can't make ends meet.
I think most people (other than brainless jocks) think that athletes and movie stars are vastly over payed....when your making millions more than the people that are curing cancer and people keeping crazy people from blowing us up there is something seriously wrong.

Its not BS. How many endorsements and the millions has Tiger lost since this scandal broke and his image tarnished. Why would some advertisers drop him as a sponsor, if he is still the most talented golfer in the world? Talent as well as public image BOTH play a part in endorsement deals. He was one of the most brandable athletes in the world and part was because of his (fake) image. Its not the case anymore.

I couldn't agree more MTB. His squeaky clean image WAS a big part of his value to the endorsement deals.

If she just straight up left him, thats one thing and I don't see that she should be entitled to nearly as much, but this was HIS fault. He's the one who flipped hers and her kids lives upside down. Based on his still probable career earnings, this is just a big drop in a bigger bucket.

He could make a fortune advertising Viagra, penile implants, condoms, vasectomies and pre-neptual agreements. All is not lost. Who cares how much she got away with really? I don't expect him to be in want of anything money can buy ever. It's like two drowning people fighting over water rights. If either of them ever mentions money it will be classified as the worlds biggest waste of time ever by me. The massive kick in the nuts he suffered in this exchange represented by the money/custody ruling is however brutally devastating. He should count his lucky stars that she didn't retaliate in the middle of the night with a scalpel and a frying pan.

There would be a fortune in Viagra but I don't see it being as lucrative as the sponsors he lost - Accenture, AT&T ,Gatorade, Gillette. He did manage to keep the crown jewel Nike Golf though (I bet infidelity happens in the sweatshop all the time :D). There are a bunch of others as well that still use him.

The frying pan is a two function device. Applied to the face with a two hand grip it is a fine general anesthetic ... then when the cops and ambulance show up and find you eating pecker sauteed with onions and mushrooms I think your defense case is made. That's 3 functions.

Just in case there was a question.

Well then, I guess that explains that the scalpel would be used to harvest the culinary treat.

A sucker born every minute.

Consider this.

If he had openly slept with call girls or hookers on a regular basis and wasn't married then he wouldn't have been Golf's icon. If he wasn't the icon, then he wouldn't get paid millions to endorse products. Overall, he still comes out on top even after taking a $750 million dent. Most athletes won't make in their lives what Tiger will be left with after the settlement.

Well lets' see if we have all bases covered, His wife didn't cook, didn't clean, didn't work, didn't have to raise kids with the nannies, it's apparant she wasnt freaky in bed hence Tigers need to seek elsewhere what he wasnt getting at home.

My verdict is distribute 100 million between the mistresses (cause they were actually working it), Give Tiger the majority and custody of the kids and kick the wife out of court with a small pittance and the classifieds and have the judge tell her, she needs to go out in the real world and see how hard it is to earn a real dollar.

One of the stipulations of the divorce is that Elin couldnt subject any of the kids to any contact with any of the alleged mistresses. In which comedianne Chelsea Lately commented, "Wow those kids will never know what it's like eating at an IHOP" :D
