hahaha yeah, that damn Snickers candy wrapper sure did cause some problems.....hahaha!

Both Trons came yesterday. Received Corpse Bride and The sound of Music on Monday. 28 years later is supposed to come today and Superman tomorrow. Weird week for deliveries. Next week that new Nightmare on Elm Street set is coming. That should be a good! Just in time for Horror movie marathon in Oct.
Already started watching some horror. Clown in a Cornfield. It was not as bad as it looked. Moderately entertaining semi-low budget film. It presents itself as a slasher, but has a nice twist. The twist was expected, but happened in an unexpected way.

M&C just showed up. ** Just checked out the battle scene, it sounds very clear, the Atmos is very active and sounds great, but the LFE is still dialed back vs. previously. Better, but not how the DVD was. IMO, someone bumped the DVD LFE track up too much, but that made it sound better. In subsequent versions, it was dialed back to correct levels, so it isn't as prominent.

I have been listening to Phil Collins No Jacket Required in Atmos this week. There's some weird sounds that pop on one or two tracks that are odd, but overall it is a solid mix across the whole album. Amazing how many heavily radio played songs are from this album; pretty much 3/4 of the album was in heavy rotation at that time.

Haha, have never heard of Clown in a Cornfield. Might have to check it out.

Just got an update from Amazon. My Superman steelbook is delayed due to "supply chain" issues. I pre-ordered this steelbook when it first popped up. Well before it sold out and somehow, I'm on the backburner to get my copy. Frustrating....

Phil Collins owned the radio for half the 80's and going into the 90's. Dude was on fire. I think I heard he had like 15 songs in the top 100 during his reign. Unfortunately, music today just sucks. Find a hit here and there, but nothing like what the 60's-2010's put out. Music industry is in a huge slump. From my point of view that is.
