I think that voids the warranty only Paradigm products are covered against fluid accidents

Nobody told you the difference between audio emissions and auto emissions?

Anyway, I took the DTC out of the box and found it's not going to fit in my existing rack. Not even close. This is going to take a while because I'm going to have the use the rack from the bedroom system and start all over in the living room.

P.S. no batteries=no camera=no pics.

Of course, but it wouldn't be satisfying. Still, some units are just too big to fit comfortably.

Any special consisderations before I run a 50ft ethernet cable through my wall?

Not much, just don't bend the cable, roll up any excess length and make sure you allow a little radii when going around corners.
