How the 32 teams stack up right now.

I know pre-season hasn't even started yet, but it's never too early to trash talk. :D

I would put the Chargers at #4. I think it's a HUGE reach to put the Bears there. I see the media-Cutler love-fest continues. Gimme a break, the guy's a bum. And why the hell do they keep putting the Colts ahead of the Bolts when we beat them consistently every year?!?!

Because they need to beat more than the one team each year.

Gotta remember... this is Peter King. Don't get me wrong I love his writing style, but sometimes he's about as football illiterate as it gets!

That said, it's looking to be a very wide open year in the NFL. I don't see a 14 win team among the pack right now (unless of course Brady shows zero signs of rust and starts clicking again from Day 1), but I also think a lot of the bad teams improved pretty significantly through the draft and free agency. Of course, I'm counting on my G-MEN to sweep their way through the NFC!!! :D

Let everyone remember that the purpose of this thread is to trash talk, rub each other's nose in it, etc.. Last year some got their nose out of joint and started handing out red chicklets and stuff.

Disclaimer over let the fun begin.

I can't disagree with the the Pats and Pittsburgh 1 and 2. After that it is a crap shoot. I wouldn't put the Giants #3, Chicago #4 and Indiananopolis #5 though. Plaxico is a huge loss for the g-man, Chicago is totally unproven with Cutler and Indiananopolis is aging and has been on the downslide for the last couple of years. Indy would be much farther down on my list.

I’ll save you guys the trouble of trash talking the Vikings. They suck. :mad:They have sucked for a long time, and they will continue to suck in the up coming season. With Favre or without – suck suck suck. And then the team, owners, managers etc. will whine that the reason they suck is they need a new stadium, but they don’t want to pony up the cash. Suck-O-rama.

I promised that I wouldn't root for the Chefs until Peterson left. Well, that happened. But it looks like I won't have much to root for. We'll see...

Might have been the best thing to happen to the Giants. Have you read any of the press reviews on the two WR's they acquired in the draft? I think the Giants scored big.

Ever since the current G.M. took over the Giants do well in every draft. I think he is responsible more than anyone for the teams consistent success. will ya be ready for some football in late September?

I'll have to agree with this. So far it looks like the best draft the Jints have had in a long time. News is that they've been doing well in pre-camp already. We'll see what they do in the real games.

I think this will be a good season for the Bolts. We've got the toughest road schedule in the league, but LT will be back at full strength, Merriman's back, Larry English looks to improve what was an already great pass rush tandem of Merriman and Philips, and Might Mouse Sproles will be his usual incredible self!

I might try to make it out to training camp this year. I haven't been for a couple of years, so it'd be nice to go again.

I agree. Way too many "if's" for everyone else.

Eagles #6....I'm ok with that. Just like the others we'll just have to see.

Oh yea...Giants suck!:D
