Most important thing is to just enjoy the music, if a piece of retro equipment brings a smile to your face, by all means enjoy. The look of some of the higher quality pieces is something many people enjoy. In today’s hi-fi world many are overly concerned with measurements but almost all measurements are imperceptible and even if they are audible our the way our brains perceive it… well that’s a big rabbit hole. Anyway, if you’re loving the equipment and you’re loving the sound you’ve achieved more than most “audiophiles” who are still chasing something that doesn’t exist. There’s a lot of older equipment that is stunningly gorgeous and you’ve found one of those pieces of equipment, congrats. Now go enjoy your favorite music with it

Thanks, sounds like the truth….I agree & am aware of the audio Rabbit hole, I am grateful & satisfied to have my Sansui & JBL set up , it sounds amazing for what I paid…& .I only have a Limited amount of space to work with…..I have to say also to anyone else out there who has Limited amount of space , I also Love my Little Bose Wave Radio / CD player
