Edit: Oops, meant 12ga. This sounds like a pretty good deal. I can't find any 12 ga locally for under $50can. He's closeby as well.

Looks like a decent price. It actually looks like the original Monster wire (which was 10ga).

Solid vs stranded/braided makes only the tiniest of difference. I've tried it.
