I have the 4520 and a 3312 already. I had an AVR-A100 prior to the 4520. The AVR-A100 was just a better looking 4311. The X4000 has a lot to offer- no doubt!

The Denon AVR-4311ci was introduced in September of 2010. I see that are still new 4311's for sale. Does Denon still build these?

If it were my money I'd buy the Denon Avr-x4000! I like and own a Yamaha AVR, but my Denons' are my favorites!

The Denon link is proprietary. It will only work with the Denon DBT-333UDCI Universal Audio Video Player.

The AVR-4520ci is Denon's premier AVR again this year! It makes sense there's not many- if any that will outperform it!

PS, The AVR-4520ci was bought new and the AVR3312ci was refurbished.

I will leave this to your opinion- which is respected! However, I see nothing in the form of proof- in any way!

Outlaw amps are not sold in brick and mortar stores- I believe ATI are, correct? That alone amounts to approximately 30 to 40% mark up for the ATI amps. I see no proof yet! ATI amps are not any better that their Outlaw near clones! Oh- unless you ask the dealer that sales them?

Please provide your source that the ATI amps have better materials and specs?

I like Emotiva products! I went with the Outlaw amp- as I'm poor, and at the time was leary about the made in China Emotiva amps. But today, I would not hesitate to buy Emotiva products. I will leave the AVP purchases to the big boys like D&M, Yamaha etc.
