Personally I would suggest passing on this deal and going for a high value speaker package (5 speakers + sub) and a low cost A/V receiver. At least start with the receiver ($200-$250) and a pair of speakers and add to it as your budget allows. Alternatively, if you want an all in one...

Outlaw amps are assembled in USA but most of the parts are from China just like other amps. Its really a matter of semantics as to where they are assembled. Outlaw makes some great amps, or should I say the guy that designs ATI amps makes great amps for Outlaw. LOL.
