FCC Net Neutrality Ruling: Do you agree?

Last Thursday the FCC voted in favor of reclassifying the Internet as a Title II public utility. This means all US-based Internet services will fall under FCC regulation giving it the power to exercise a series of rules intended to enforce net neutrality. The move gives the FCC the power to back...

Andy Let me see if I follow you. Let's say your running a standard 7.1 speaker layout. Are you suggesting to now use the preout of your primary processor to connect the line level side channels analog outs to a second receiver's multi-ch front L/R inputs. Then put the 2nd receiver in PLII...

    NAD AVR Lineup

Nobody has every really successfully pulled off the module design concept. Integra Research failed at this years ago and Denon didn't have much better success either. The updates as you mentioned are too costly. NAD just announced the 4K module but it won't support full 18.2GPS data since the...

    EMPTek R55Ti vs Chane A5rx-c

Looks like poor resonance control on the tweeter. My god that's a big bump up at 20kHz. Though I bet the top end sounds very airy as a result.

Outlaw Model 5000 Multi-Channel Amplifier: Best Deal of the Year?

Agreed regulating a power supply for an amplifier is not a good idea since you will essentially be wasting power to regulate. I had a friend that did this with his amps and although they sounded great and measured great, they were relatively low power as a result.
