I would recommend only splitting one time with a Y-splitter and just daisy chain to the other two subs if the subs you connect have a pass through. Otherwise, get youself a mDSP unit that has 2 inputs and 4 buffered outputs. Then you can control delay, level and EQ for each sub individually...
