I'm a huge fan of Jeffery Combs. It is a slap in the face that STD producers didn't call on all the past amazing talents of Star Trek for the new show. I can't believe how bad most of the acting is on STD and people are content with such mediocrity.

Agreed, Orville has been a mixed bag. Last week's episode Identity P1 was really good, dark, and captivating. It felt like what we got when TNG was at it's prime. However the first 2 episodes of the season were barely watchable. Hopefully the show evolves and tones down the relationship drama.

Sadly I only got inside about 10 rooms as my time was limited. I'd say my favorite room was the Von Schweikert / VAC room because it was just full of so much esoteric stuff. But my favorite listening demo was probably the Legacy Calibres.

I agree any,gauge lower than what's in the wall is a waste but there's nothing wrong with shielding a power cable though the effectiveness of doing so is questionable.

They were using all Tributaries cables, nothing fancy, just proven and durable.

That's a really good amp. Just buy yourself an inexpensive 2CH amp to power the additional Atmos speakers. They don't need a lot of power, especially since they will be bandwidth limited anyways.
