I experienced this in the past when I tried to run each sub independent in my system as opposed to running a single correction curve for all subs. It's in my article that I referenced in a prior post in this thread.

I forgot to qualify that I use Audyssey MultEQ Pro in my setup. Mark Sanfilipo did test a Denon receiver with standard Audyssey but I don't see any rolloff caused by it. I suppose anything is possible. Next time I test a receiver with Audyssey I will test for this issue that you/others are...

Read the various articles I've written about Audyssey and how to calibrate subwoofers. I measure bass with and without Audyssey engaged. If Audyssey is setup wrong then it can limit bass output but if its setup correctly you shouldn't lose any extension at all. See...

I applaud manufacturers that are engineering small potent subwoofer solutions. It takes a lot of good engineering to make them perform well. But, when they do, they blend into a room decor well and yield excellent performance, especially when using 2 or 4 strategically placed.

Paul resides in Downey which is very close to LA. I believe that's about 400 miles or so from Sacramento so unless you're willing to do the drive, I don't think its possible.
