As others have pointed out, not much. You can try it if you want but make sure you match the gains. Polarity really shouldn't be an issue. I've never measured an amp that inverts the outputs.

I don't know of any modern power amplifiers that flip phase from input to output. But I suppose anything is possible, especially in high end audio :)
