A store in my city has the 2500 for $900, the 1600 for $1300, the 2600 for $1500 & the 4600 for $1200, all prices Canadian. I'm very tempted, but I think I'll wait for the HDMI issues to be sorted out in a year or so.

I got a Sanyo DRW 500 dvd recorder (should go good with my DirecTV dvr) & a pair of bookshelf speakers for surround-back use. What I wanted & didn't get were dipoles for surround-back use. I live in Canada, but have an aunt & uncle in Baltimore. Does that count?:)

I think the problem's with the surround decoding, not the amp. When I set the surround back amps to zone 2, the buzz disappears. I'll contact HK Canada after Christmas & see what they say.

My 2-1/2 yr old 325 now has a low buzz out of the surround-back-left speaker when in any 7 channel configuration. If I set it to zone 2, everything's fine. I've tried it with different speakers & different wire with no change. Has anyone else had this happen, & if so, was it repairable?

My next purchase will be a DVD recorder to go with the TiVo & Hitachi PJ-TX100. Chris
