What effect does an 8 ohm rated receiver driving 6 ohm rated, 90 sensitivity speakers have?

I am driving a pair of JBL Monitor 580's (rated 6 Ohms, 90 sensitivity) as R & L in a 7.2 HT, all other speakers are super-efficient Klipsch models, subs (2) center, sides and rear surrounds, my YPAO settings on 'Auto set up' seem to lessen the power to the 2 JBL's am I imagining things?

Where do they hide the Video, Audio specs for streaming services

Is there a standardized reference point or are they all over the landscape? I would sure welcome the opportunity, when choosing a Netflix or YouTube stream, to know what the streaming specs are for best video and best surround audio and format. Is there such a treasure island out there? Tim Smith
