The review said the 3D wasn't so good, just like Into Darkness, it wasn't shot in 3D which typically means fewer good scenes and a few digital add ins to make it seem worth while (which usually doesn't work). The recommendation for both was just get the 2D versions.

Agents of Shield was a snooze-fest. That show better get real exciting real quick or I don't see it lasting long.
I agree, but I'm sure it will get better give it at least 4 or 5 episodes. That lead girl(Computer wiz) in the show is stunning geez and will keep me going back.:D

I'm glad I didn't jump into 3D. Maybe later. I'm looking at this just I looked at quad in the 70's. ...wait and see.

As for AOS, I'll give it a few episodes. It's hard to get everything out in one episode. Gotta build the road before you can drive on it.

I like the way they say that Colson "really doesn't know". Doesn't know what??? ...I have my suspicions but that'll have to wait.

The movies that WERE done specifically for 3D look amazing, and that's a big difference. Tron Legacy is a good example because it has both converted and 3D and the difference is pretty obvious between the scenes that are true 3D and those that are not. The converted ones look OK, but aren't going to impress as much as the ones that were built that way and the problem is, not enough movies are done right.

You're probably right, but I couldn't sit through Tron Legacy in 2D without turning it off. 3D wouldn't make me want to watch it.

I finally got around to setting up 3D in my setup last weekend and watched Dredd. Pretty freakin' cool. I'll probably watch Tron and Prometheus this weekend. I remember Prometheus being awesome in 3D in the theater. Tron, not so much. The picture was so dark that it was hard to see what was happening. I agree, 3D when it's done right is pretty cool. I find it a bit odd for about the first 20 minutes, then I seem to forget about it and enjoy it.

That is interesting since I called Walmart last night and was told $24.95 and that everyone had to sell it for that orders of some company.

Maybe if you show them the Walmart circular from the Sunday newspaper it might sway them.

Online looks to me like the one with the digital copy is $25 and the one without it is less.

Maybe I got lucky but mine, with the digital copy, went through the computer @ 19.95. The flyer in the Sunday paper was pretty clear. See if the flyer shows up on line and check it out.

Has anyone else actually gone into the store and tried to buy it? I got the one that was highlighted in the Sunday flyer, with the gold/yellow border on the slipcover.
