I gotta ask, what's with all the trolls all of the sudden?

Geez, I hope I didn't join the forums at the absolute worst time. I'm a budding Audio Enthusiast, but I've always loved TVs and technology.

I haven't trolled or seen trolling, but I did recent join. It would be a shame If I were to be put in the box with those other trolls just because I'm new. Anyways I hope to separate myself from the troll herd at least.

There is no such thing as getting into audio at a bad time. Trolls come and go. It's easy enough to figure out who is good for what around here and it's easy enough to figure out who is a troll. If your interest is in audio, this is the time and this is the place.

Maybe we should create a list of who's good for what. Like to who to see to sign up for twister.........

I roll back and forth from red to green once and a while- (fyi-don't talk about killing animals for food or fur on this site) .... But I look at it this way, I am awesome, soooooooo....... If you are hear to give your advice and experience to other people in the audio hobby then good for you, if you are hear to socialize and hang out with guys who like audio as much as you, then good for you (but also interact with "real" people in person), if you are hear to get info on the hobby, great, I love recommending stuff I have tried and like, (other wise I just wasted a good portion of my time listening and purchasing audio equipment), but if you are hear to bust balls and thumb your nose at what the already proven members have to say then just move on...

The guys here have a lot of knowledge, I like that when I recommend some gear there is someone else that has a different option (never as good, but who's counting

If we are really here to share our knowledge and experience for the benefit of others, maybe a little Troll-whispering is in order. If we so anger the newbs/potential trolls that they completely tune us out, and instead get their info from some less evidence-based, rational forum, or worse, we're not really helping them.
