The rims for the other car came off the Scion model so it had those center caps. So I had a little project this evening.

This car is expensive to maintain :( I was having a problem with the brakes pulsing (what many would call warped rotors). Had the problem ever since I bought the car. It felt like it was the fronts, so I had replaced everything but the calipers earlier this year, but the problem came back. I hadn't looked at the rears, but with the problem back, I had a shop look at them and he said the rear rotors were completely gone; could not be turned. So, that was obviously the problem. OEM rotors and some nice pads cost me almost $400! Plus I had to do part of the 120K service also, as I had already done most of the other things this year. That wasn't cheap either...

On the positive side, the brakes feel great now.

On the positive side ...
On the positive side no matter how much money goes into that car it will never turn into a fofo. That's a huge plus. :D

I had to spend some money on brakes ... and then I had to spend more money on brakes ... then the ignition cylinder locked up so the lock smith got some money too ... and I'm still in a fofo. Why me?

Don't worry that serpentine belt is a ticking time bomb that will end your suffering soon. At least it will die close to a fried chicken shop though.

Because cars are generally another one of those black holes where money goes :) I could have bought another car or paid this one off for what I've put into this one to get it where it is  I sold my previous car for just over what the timing belt cost on this one

Fofo is OK as long as it is an ST :D

Pictures like that are why I'm not allowed at the psychiatrist's office anymore.
Don't worry Adam .... I see her as well. :)

Now that would have made me feel normal.

Look closer. It's two Pac-Man ghosts. The one on the right has horns, and the one on the left has a hole on the top of its head. See, the one with the horn accidentally (I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt) head butted the other one during a dance fight in the parking lot over who got the cherries, and you're seeing the two right afterwards. I'm confident that the one on the right will apologize...but you never know. It was a dance fight.
