So I have a Klipsch sub-10 with burnt amplifier, can I use leftover parts to make it a better sub? or it's not worth the money and time to work on it?

Are you sure it's not the power supply fuse or that other part that fails?? I read several threads about them and my Synergy Sub 12" 300/650 watt BASH on the Klipsch factory forum and a member there repairs them and not expensive.
So far my 2003/2006 model Sub 12's have not fried ..yet. The 10's were too small to fill my room for HT use and not have to run the gain really high.

You could just replace the sub amp; Parts Express has several options (click on the Speaker Building Tab, then select Subwoofer Amplifiers on the next page) - the SA250 would be plenty...

Ooooh, or even the SA100 would probably be sufficient for that sub.

You'd have to measure the existing one (cutout size) first and see if any of their amps would fit...

But, yeah, check the fuse on the dead one first! :)
