darien87 Audioholic Spartan Jan 26, 2012 #5 Just about anything is ok in moderation. But the problem is Americans are greedy and food that's bad for you generally tastes good. Just like yesterday morning at work, I could have had just one piece of blueberry coffee cake. But I ended up having two just because I could. Most of the time my greed kicks my willpower's ***.

psbfan9 Audioholic Samurai Jan 26, 2012 #11 I agree with Darien87, everything in moderation is the key. When I eat, drink, gamble (and lose) too much I don't feel good. This made me feel good. Looks fried, but it's baked. 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then I browned it under the broiler for a minute. Yes, it's organic, free range chicken. View attachment 9862 Last edited: Mar 21, 2012
