Just about anything is ok in moderation. But the problem is Americans are greedy and food that's bad for you generally tastes good.

Just like yesterday morning at work, I could have had just one piece of blueberry coffee cake. But I ended up having two just because I could. Most of the time my greed kicks my willpower's ***.

Perfect timing for lunch ... Looks like I'll be dumping the yogurt and granola for a bacon cheeseburger and fries!

I remember once reading an Article on Kwame Brown (2001 NBA 1st overall draft pick) eating fried chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because he didn't know about any other foods. He was an athletic beast.

I would have to eat about 15 lbs of broccoli to actually gain weight each day. No, I do not think its possible. I would have to eat about 30 lbs of celery. This might lead to water poisoning.

Broccoli, raw 15lbs

I agree with Darien87, everything in moderation is the key. When I eat, drink, gamble (and lose) too much I don't feel good.

This made me feel good. Looks fried, but it's baked. 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then I browned it under the broiler for a minute.
Yes, it's organic, free range chicken.

It is the calories that make you fat, but I would not want to have all my calories come from KFC. The long term results would not be good.
