I highly coveted the RC70's but I settled for the 30's... we're talking a few years now. You'd seldom if ever, seen those prices back in the day...I paid close to that for my 30's and I thought it was a good deal at the time.... Fast forward about 3-4yrs and it seems those prices are more in line or indicative and represent the true value of the RC speakers in general and why they've become so popular with enthusiast. Fellow Canadians should take notice here...those prices are the daily norm stateside and we still don't know were the botton lies with Energy products nowadays...it's a shame...IMO.

Still an excellent deal though....

I saw that sale price last night, a very good price indeed and I really like my RC70s.
Big question is, do I get another set to replace my surrounds.

Wish I needed new speakers! I auditioned these when I was building my HT and in the end went with another brand because I got 7 demo speakers at 50% off. I loved the RC-70s though. Great deal!
