Folks at 10:30 a.m. yesterday morning, my Grandfather passed away peacefully. He just turned 100 years of age a couple of Tuesdays ago. My Grandpa was very good with woodworking. In fact, that was his favorite hobby. He will be greatly missed and long remembered. Living to be 100 years old is amazing as he was a truly amazing man. RIP Grandpa!

Cheers,

Phil

You, however, will go to your fathers in peace and be buried at a
good old age.(Gen 15:15)

May the Lord give you strength for your loss.

My condolences, Phil. My own grandfather died in 1993 - and I still miss him!:( Nice to see that your grandfather lived to a ripe old age!:)

Sorry to hear that Phil but what a life!!!!!

Remember mine died last year at 101, I don't think they "make them like they used to".

You and your family are in our prayers.

Born in 1911, wow!! I bet you he had some awesome stories to share with you, huh?

Glad he passed away peacefully and as you know he is in a much better place for sure!!

I lost my dad @ 57 yrs old two months ago and I wish he or even my grandpa lived to 100. :(

God bless him and your family.

Thanks once again guys for your kind words. It really helps me to keep things into perspective. After all, not many people get to live to see 100 years of age. My Grandpa was a good man and Lord did he ever believe in discipline. I can remember eating breakfast and he would have some classical music playing. We were not allowed to talk because he was reading his newspaper. Just something I will never forget. Really appreciate all of the kind words here. You guys are the best.

Cheers,

Phil
