Then they are no good to you, unless you buy a woofer tester, to measure the Thiel/Small parameters, that define the drivers. Only then will you be able to design an enclosure, that will allow them to work properly. The you can consider an amp. Onkyo are not know for decent speakers, and certainly not subs. So I suspect you have trash that is not worth going to any trouble over.
