Oh yes, I forgot. My speakers are capable of prodigous low frequency output that will cause a sympathetic vibration like the wind did on galloping Guerty. Reality check please!!
I thought that was reality. You've been lying this whole time to us. :p

Seriously my sub can shake concrete depending on the thickness.

ok .. My physics is a little rusty  :p... I know the denser the material, the faster the vibrations get carried though the medium. But it also takes more energy to cause the vibration.

So here's the rub. ..Do you want to couple or isolate the speaker from the floor? Isolating can cause the cabinet to move which is not a good thing or you can couple causing vibrations to the surround area. Personally, I like it when my sub fires and causes my room to vibrate as opposed to having my sub woofer cabinate resonate. I can see how this would be a bad thing living in a multi dwelling home however.

The best sub esperience I had was wathcing XXX and having a painting fall off teh wall. My wife was non to impressed but I had a bigh sh?t eating grin on my face for days afterwards. :p

I guess its experiemnt time... How far out from the sub do you feel the vibration?
