I enjoyed it. It was a great film to watch with the family. The kids loved it, and I enjoyed the audio/visuals. It was better than I expected.
I had rented this and later purchased a use copy and never encountered any issues with my bd35.netflix
i was reading on avs. i guess the bd35 has some issues. perhaps newer disc formats or something, idk, i didn't read a lot.
i don't want to buy a new player yet
Well I'm 0-2 going this route.I had a BB/mail rental and it went through all the advertising/previews to the menu, but when I entered to play, it just wouldn't load the movie.I even tried jumping in from scene selections but nothing worked. I hope the next disk I rent works!

Sorry to hear this. I'm wondering if you have defective unit or need a s/w upgrade. Knock on wood but my cheap little Sony BluRay has been spinning them with out issues.Well I'm 0-3 with the BB BD rentals same results as the first rental. Must be some sort of conflict with my Oppo. The next time will be DVD so I don't expect any issues. It should still be a great theatrical experience.
Corrupted info in persistent storage.
Eject the disc, turn OFF BD-Live, then erase persistent storage and power-cycle the player. Re-insert the disc and it will play fine.
Did it work?I received this suggestion over @ AVS. I'll check it out and memorize it for future reference.
