As an eagles fan, I would like your perspective on this. Thoughts on McNabb?

P.S. Jeff Hostetler
I was always on the cusp with McNabb, truth be told ,no matter how good he was , pro bowl talent and such, I was just never a big fan of his play. I always said to my friends and family that the man lost a certain degree of his capabilities as a star player the day he decided to be a pocket passer instead of what he truly is and or was, more of a scrambler make it happen on the run and take off if you have to kind of QB. I am not saying he had to be the stereotyped he can only run to win guy but hey that was what he was best at and I always expected to see more of it, too bad really but I guess I will see some of that Sunday with the Dog Killa ( not a fan at all of Vick ).
I will miss the winning seasons year after year that we have grown accustomed to, but I also look forward to the whole new Eagle Era that lies ahead, is K Kolb the answer , I don't know and I'm sure the Organization is skeptical as well. I will say this about McNabb he didn't impress me with his play the other night, I think Vick outplayed him by far and I don't know if he will ever be the right fit for Washington but the fans seemed happy to have him so as long as he makes it fun for most like he did in Philly it will be a sweet deal for him. I don't see him winning any playoff games there, not this year, not next year.
I will stay optimistic about Kolb for now, I always say the coaches saw something in the guy that made an impression but was it a mirage that has long since evaporated into thin air I hope not but if so Mike Kafka is no slouch to start grooming as an NFL QB and Vick could make this year exciting to watch but not something to build on , that's for sure.:)

I don't really care about the hotness of the reporter, should she or should she not be in the locker room around the players, whatever, the bottom line is the league voted to let reporters all reporters roam freely around the stadium as a "reporter" so they should be treated as such not any other way, the Jets are out of control any way acting like they are on a college campus, they need to grow up and act like the pro's they are paid to be. I will say this and I have felt like this for a long long time, these fuqqn guys need to grow up and stop acting like animals, they are professional athletes getting paid millions and they act like street gang punks it is tiresome to watch getting very old and really giving football a black eye, we don't need examples as the list is way too long and we(football) fan's know all too well what I am speaking of, it is disgusting and uncalled for. What the he11 ever happened to good sportsmanship hand the ball to the line judge or the ref when you score, high five your qb and try to smile , I would be happy if I scored a game winning touchdown not scowl and thump my chest looking to kick the shi* out of everyone and showing your gangsta life style on national tv it is rapidly turning to garbage to watch, and this all goes for the off the field actions as well so what happened to the reporter is uncalled for and just plain wrong it shows a complete lack of leadership on that team and now I wait to see them fall flat on their uncivil arse, NE should pick em apart Randy Moss will get 2.

I don't think Kolb is the answer and I don't know if Vick is either. I think the Eagles are gonna have a few lean years. Partially because they are in such a tough division. McNabb has a great defense so winning a playoff game wouldn't be that hard for him IMO. Besides Jake Plummer won playoff games with Mike S. Finding a QB is really hard to do and I do think now is the time to start. The Cowboys spent 10 years looking for a QB and we are lucky we stumbled on Romo. I just hope for the organization's sake they stick with Reid because he's a lot better than the riff-raff and it's hard to find decent coaches in this league. I realize he makes bone headed decisions, but he's very underrated IMO. If you'd like to let the Cowboys have him I'd be all up for his firing though.

I hate the Jets. I would love for Billicheat and Brady to eat them alive this Sunday so they go 0-2 to start the year . Icing on the cake would also be watching Wade and Romo implode against the Cutler and the Bears.

That's a bit of a mis-match (Brees/San Fran). However, Cutler has the ability to put up huge FF numbers. He just needs to finish drives by cutting down on his interceptions.

Yes he does have the ability to give the Dallas D a monster day. :D Actually with Martz coaching them I think that offense is gonna take off. The Bears still stink though and barely beat the Lions on a bogus call. They gotta work hard to reach their potential.

You have to be happy with Cutlers performance for FF today - 21/29, 277 yards passing, 3 touchdown passes and 0 interceptions. The ironic thing is Romo's stats for the game are typical of Cutlers. :p I know, I know the one interception was not his fault. ;)

I'll take those numbers every week...:D. I'm disapointed with my teams numbers this week. I have a tenuous 33 pt lead with Brees going against the daunted SF defence....

Go... SF "D" & Go...argo's....

That almost matched your teams output last week...:D. I wonder why Cutler didn't look his way...I'm definitely going to make some changes this week! At the TE position I'm not very happy with(TG) and I'm looking to make some changes this week. Btw..who do you have in mind for doing that flip?

Rb if you can if not, anyone. He is in my doghouse so on the block he goes. I picked up old man Mark Clayton and it looks as if he will be a steady 12-14 a week. Best had a good day but I need RB for match ups each week. My teams will rotate defense and kickers via free agency based on match ups soley. Last year was the only time I keep a kicker all season. Ill send you a trade proposal.

Romo had a very bad day. But it's still a young season. The Bears are definitely much improved and their Defense is healthy. It doesn't get easier for the Boys though.
