PERTH WESTERN AUSTRALIA
This is a simple room that suits only my family of 4. I built the house 10 years ago when Home theatre wasn't the thing back then especially over here where I live. I was fortunate that I built a storage room right behind my HT because joining AVS I loved the idea of separate components in the other room.

My Room Has carpert around the walls with underlay(just under 1/2 size of the wall) and is treated.

Like I said nothing special to look out but switch on a movie turn the lights off and you will be suprised.

Thank you for visiting.

Hi all Ive done some changes to my HT room, for one Ive removed my projector and placed in the other room. We had to cut through brick but it was hard work for the guys but at the end the finished product was fantastic.

This colour LCD monitor is a life saver. I forgot by moving all this gear how would I be able to tell what volume im at? the status of the amp(eg Dial norm) etc.
Bought this on ebay very cheap also and works well. I turn it off once I set the volume and I know what status its on.

I have 6 BD players acutally

Denon 2500 BT(Reg B)
Denon 2500 BTCI(Reg A)
Denon 2010 BTCI(Reg A)
Sony BDP-550 (Reg B)
Pansonic BD30 (Reg A)
Oppo BD80 (Mulit region)

The Oppo was bought mainly for Subtitle shift purposes for CIH and the Denon 2010 I found really cheap on Ebay.

I have to admit without the components in the room made a big difference which is worth it.
It serves my family of 4. I dont need any xtra seat because they wouldnt not be used.

Thank you For Visiting.

Seriously nice equipment and setup there. I bet it sounds and looks fantastic. Nice choice of equipment. Well done, sir. Are you looking to adopt?

At first I thought, "family of 4.1? How do you have .1 of a kid?" :D

Hi Frank,

Your setup just keeps on getting better and better! Easily one of the best out there!

great looking system. did you buy the stands the sub(s) sit on or build your own? and could you describe the difference raising the sub off the floor makes? i've never tried it. thanks.

i have noticed that raising a sub off the floor reduces vertical differences in bass response, for instance in many rooms, especially with ceilings that are 8' or less, the bass output seems much stronger when standing versus sitting. i'm not speaking for him, i'm just saying what i have noticed myself.
