I'm on day 3 of eating, sleeping and letting my body heal.
Three days off is awesome after working with 10's the three days prior. Saturday I was sore. Sunday I slept and ate enough to freak my g/f out. Today ... we'll see but I'm thinking it'll be more food and more sleep.
I just had a pretty substantial breakfast of potatoes, mushrooms, red pepper, onions and 6 eggs with 3 yokes removed. I'm going to polish off the remaining veggies and maybe have a sandwich and probably take a nap.
