This will be the base for the wall mount "build" I am doing:
This next picture will be the face of the build where the actual mono mount will be attached to, the smaller rectangular area will be the inside of the build:
This pic shows the wall piece mounted in place:
this next pic shows the sides in place with the 45 degree cuts to accept the top and bottom, these are fastened to the back wall piece with 2 1/2 inch fine thread screws every 8 inches with original titebond every where:
This pic shows the same as the last but if you look where the level is that will be a top the same width as the sides and of course there will be a bottom when this box is done the front slides into the box nice and snug and the very front piece that the mono mount gets fastened to will be bigger than the inner box by 6 inches each way when the flat panel gets hung there will be about 2 inches of wood showing all around the flat panel.
