Its Backkk, Training Camps are all but officially opened up and in full swing, woo hoo :D.

I love this time of the year and can't wait to watch a game pre-season or not, just bring it on ESPN / Fox and any other affiliates of the NFL we paid our HD Bills and have that chomping at the bit feeling.
A shout out to all of our Football Fans at AH and I thought we could start the season off with a little summary of what our teams have done in the off season, what obstacles are blocking the end zone and where we expect them to finish in the win loss, not a prediction to hold one to but it could be kewl to look back at on Superbowl Sunday.
I know the big news in Philly is the exit of the one and only Guitar Hero Donovan, he is gone, but not gone too far just down I 95 a bit, too close, maybe, but without an O line in Washington he may not be a big factor at all. Kevin Kolb gets to pilot the Eagle Ship and I for one think he will do just fine he has to as I just cant call out for the Dog Killa to come in .
B West is gone as well as Will Witherspoon and a few other standouts so it is Rookie time. We finally broke up the Andrew Sisters, what a wuss that Shaun Andrews turned out to be, best move we made.
I look forward to the new youth movement, we are set at running backs, LeSean Shady McCoy,Mike Bell(saints),Leanard Weaver at full back, we look strong there.
I am thinking we will chase the Cowboys through the whole season as they have shaped up real nice like, we should finish around 9 and 7 under K Kolbs first full season and then climb right back to the top in 2011-12 season.

Are You Ready For Some Football :D

We brought some new talent into Dallas this year. I'm very excited to see them bring it to the field.

I too am pumped. I think Washington is dangerous with a real coach and a playoff QB. Mike S can teach anyone to block and has a knack for getting Veteran QBs to play out of their mind. I think they are the dark horse in the NFC. The Boys upgraded at WR and I must say Williams should be the one getting hazed. I'd respond by buttering up his car handles. Until he starts catching consistently he's got no clout to pull that stunt. If Miles had asked I'm sure Bryant would have carried the pads, but butterfinger Roy hasn't earned that right IMO.

The Eagles are hard to peg. My favorite QB from last season is now gone and I'm not sure Kolb is up to the task of throwing picks in big games. I suspect he may even try to beat us. Vick needs to stop having birthdays. If he ends up starting at some point this year I will be concerned.

The Giants did a choke job last year, but hey someone always does. I think all 4 teams in the NFC East are competing for the division this year. I hope the Cowboys can get to Arlington this year. Unfortunately I no longer have a gravy train to buy tickets with. :(

I think the teams in the NFC Playoffs will be.
1. Saints(Brees is still playing and they are still in the South)
2. Vikings(Favre is coming back when he needs to and they are still loaded for him)
3. Cardinals(Easy division)
4. Cowboys(Tough division could hurt the best team on paper)
5. Packers(Aaron Rodgers is a beast)
6. Giants(Eagles will struggle with Kolb and the Skins will come up short with McNabb)

AFC Playoffs
1. Colts(Manning is the best player in the league and could turn me into a hall of fame receiver)
2. Pats(they may not be the 2 seed, but they will be in the mix)
3. Jets(young team has experience and still has the coach)
4. Ravens(Loaded, but the AFC isn't kind)
5. Texans(Next logical step for this young talented team)
6. Bengals(Ochocinco and TO on the same field will give DBs and the Bengals coaches nightmares, but Talent and the absence of Big Ben leaves room up north.)

Biggest loss will be Big Ben for the Steelers I think it will be enough to keep them out of the playoffs.

If Bengals add TO to Ochocinco that wil
My Super Bowl
Colts over Cowboys

Guess it is time to form the fantasy football league again. I see Johnson of Tennessee is the new number 1 displacing peterson of Minnesota.

If this was any other player it would be no news, but it looks like ESPN has it in for Dez. My suggestion is that he boycotts them.
From listening to a lot of ex-player reaction on this matter, they do not side with Dez at all. Everybody is out to get him. :p

I think you're nuts to talk AFC playoffs and NOT have the Bolts on there somewhere! The AFC West is still theirs to lose. The Jets?!?! Please, they backed into the playoffs and got lucky. I hate to say it, but LT is done. He won't do much in NY.

We'll be better with Ryan Matthews in there to give us the running game we've been missing for the last couple of years. Having VJ be a punk and hold out hurts, but I think we can still put up big numbers with Gates, Floyd and Nanee. We'll see if Buster Davis can stay healthy for once and live up to his potential.

By the way Sawz, did you happen to see Pros Vs. Joes the other night? McNabb impressed the hell out of me with his basketball skills. He was raining 3's.

The Bolts are definite contenders in the AFC.

I agree, there is really no question about the abilities of the Charger Football Team and the likely hood of an appearance in the playoffs, too much talent to not be there, VJ is showing his T.O. side and that certainly won't help but hey just fill his spot for now and move on just like all the teams do, when he works it out they will be that much better.

McNabb should have went the B,Ball route, may have won a Champeeen ship Trophy by now, :D

*Edit: A little side note to that tiger, I hope we all see the Tony' Ro mo you don't' that we all have come to love, which should bring the boys back down to solid ground. A young upstart Eagle D just might surprise every one, woo hoo, Lets Go Birds...

I was impressed with TO's game as well. He had that one rejection of Olajuwon that was SWEET. The one that kinda surprised me was Gates. I expected him to do a lot better, but he was a little rusty. McNabb though, sheesh, who woulda thunk? Dude's a straight up baller.

LOL I forgot about the West honestly. I guess you can tell which side I live on. who to take off though? I honestly don't know. Texans, Bengals, and Jets are all even IMO. The AFC is gonna be crazy. for those last two spots. The Chargers underperformed last year, but they have the talent to compete. I still think the Colts are the team to beat with Peyton going further out of his mind. I'd put the Chargers as the best chance to take them down though.

McNabb is a beast of an athlete, Tim Brown was crazy too.

Will T.O ever change uhhh, NO. He says Dallas let him go too soon and that he should really be there still as the number one go to guy, all of this while he is wearing a Bengals uniform, what a dipstick. I guess his new team mates are loving that BS already, all of that talent for Cincy and I still see them struggling to win games, just something about that team.

I agree that the Boltz will be right in there this season again, but I wouldn't count out the Jets just yet. They have a lot of young tallent on their team. Their rookie QB that lead them to the AFC Championship game last season isn't a rookie anymore. I say that they'll go 11-1 before they start to fall apart and back in.

As far as the Giants. They will beat all the best teams in the league, and then loose to the cellar dwellers and back into the playoffs.

Can two teams that back into the playoffs end up meeting in the SB?
