Little theater rooms are awesome. My room is small, I only sit at 12'. It's cozy and pressurizing it is so easy. Still get some beafy subwoofers, especially now since you get your own room. Use the benefit of the extra headroom to flatten the bass out.
This is so true.....

Smaller rooms are so much nicer to work with, My bedroom setup is 15 x 17 or something like that, with EQ you can easily tame the bass issues... Far cheaper then trying to pressurize our great rooms....

Proabably keeping the big room.

Any thoughts on the ED A7 - 900 Subwoofer?

I think it's big, ugly, extremely heavy, and would put out massive amounts of bass.

Do all of the negotiating you can right now. Heaven knows, you'll forfeit all of your negotiating powers once you put that wedding band on. Take it from someone with 24 years of experience.

Wonderful women who are not the same today as when we married them...;)
I'm pretty confident that all the warning signs were tossed out there before the devastation was brought on....

Common shessh just play your cards right... then again I havent jumped into the world of marriage just yet.

Right, you and me both - I'm going on 43 years and in absolutely no hurry to dive into that pond.... Had a difficult enough time raising my son by myself for the last 16 years..... Certainly gave me plenty of time to get quite familiar with the powers that be they call women...

Not for children T-Shirt link....

I have a feeling its a start....

Remember I had Dual PB12-Plus/2's and added a Single Plus and for me it was still not really enough.... b

Ported will def give you more output down low and the Ultras are great, but I would search for comparisons of the many people that went from a U13 to a submersive...

Would a couple of Ultras touch my room?
I don't know...That's a question for SVS.

Thinking on this problem of Dawgs, I've been wondering...What's the most powerful plate amp on the market? Measured by an unbiased source so a DIY or 2 could be built.

I really think that 2 submersives are the ticket, just having trouble with the wife on the looks of them.

"You are not putting 2 of those 80's looking big, ugly, black boxes in the living room".

I man actually have to pull my balls out the drawer on this one....
