ive been on a healthy diet now for about a month and a half. eating all fresh vegetables and fruit smaller portions more frequent.. you know the drill. I've been pretty good abotu sticking to things.. and have lost about 15 pounds while eating a ton of food every day. I went to KFC last night and had the grilled chicken, with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes..
for starters I abotu had a heart attack from the sodium it was horrible, even the chicken was to salty.
i tell you what, the energy level I have now is really amazing, even with having a few things. liek buffalo wild wings or hooters from time to time .. or even a crappy pizza with friends (once or twice a week) i'm still loosing weight and feel great.
anyway about 6 weeks and have gone form 210 to 194
38 in waist to 34
